Day 16: Red wine. It had a bit of a pucker reaction to the first sip. It’s on the driver side of sweet, not sweet but not very dry either, more of a middle ground. Ben, however, thought it was sweet. It would probably be a wine that I would serve if I had both sweet and dry drinkers and only wanted to serve 1 bottle. Moulinet, Red Blend Grenache-Syrah, France.
Day 17: White Wine. Smoother taste, no biting/puckering taste. Sweet for a white wine. Cara A Cara Fernao Pieres White Blend, Portugal.
Day 18: Red wine. It was ok, not a strong flavor either way. Not one I would buy again. Pollo Pazza Red Blend Cabernet-Merlot, Italy. I have to as though; why a chicken?
Day 19: Red wine. Seemed like a medium bodied wine, a little sweet. It was ok. Six String Red Blend Tempranillo Garnacha, Spain.
Day 20: White wine. This one was sweet for a white wine. I would drink it again. Savas, Maison Savas Bordeaux White Blend. (I believe it is a French wine.)
